Not bad, although I shouldn’t of had those chips. This is basically how I always have ate so I’m not sure if this diet is really going to do much for me? Oh well. We’ll see.
Did an hour of yoga and then a 30min workout. That concludes the day!
well, i couldn’t do the water fast again. i woke up and i just couldn’t take another sip of water. i decided to just watch what i eat instead, which was kinda hard considering my dad decided to make eggs, bacon and hash browns. i could’ve had some, but i didn’t. i was so sick of water that i didn’t have any at all today.. just ate a lot of fruit. i’m happy :)

130 cal - Nutrigrain Bar
= 460 cal.
That’s awesome and way below 900 calories which is my max for tomorrow! This healthy eating stuff shouldn’t be too hard after all :-)

to prepare myself for my upcoming healthy skinny girl diet on monday, i’ve decided to do a water fast. it will be short, only for two days, to cleanse myself! today was the first day and i can say it went rather well. i drank about 7 glasses of water and my hunger pains weren’t bad at all. i do really want to eat something, but i won’t. i did happen to weigh myself during the day but i didn’t notice a drop. (we have a dial scale so it is a bit hard to tell..) i didn’t expect much though, so i probably won’t weigh myself again until the end of the first diet week. i had a very lazy day, but i did manage to go for a 15min. jog. i didn’t want to do too much seeing as i had no energy. hopefully i’ll be able to have a good sleep, and hopefully i can drop some pounds soon.
this past week i’ve been working out heaps (well.. more than i ever do), but not really caring about what i eat, so obviously that won’t do much for me. i’ve done some research tonight and found out about the healthy skinny girl diet. i plan to start this on monday, and i’m rather excited, actually. people have lost a lot of weight i’ve heard so i hope i’m able to as well. i weigh about 125 now so i only want to lose 15 pounds max. (i’m 5’5ish). the only thing i’m worried about is slowing down my metabolism? so if i can, i will try my best to eat tons of fruits & veggies (these don’t count in the net calorie intake for the day). by doing so i’ll still be able to get the recommended amount of calories so my metabolism stays fast and i don’t gain any weight back. i do plan on keeping track so i hope this doesn’t bother any of you, and maybe some of you would like to join me on this journey. talk to you monday. :-)
